|Recommended: NoThe Leasing Office Can Do Better — they never return email, or calls, until I am going down there nothing ever done
and a few weeks ago one of the team just walked into my apartment using the key with out even knocking

|Recommended: YesSuper Clean, Quiet And Spacious — Just moved in - the moving process was very smooth and everyone was very helpful. All office staff have been extremely helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. A small user-error issue with our A C was addressed in under an hour, and the apartments are spacious and beautiful.

|Recommended: YesThe Apartment Overall Looks Nice. — The concierges are friendly and the maintenance people are responsive and timely. I live in the West wing. The only recommendation I would like to make is the hall way carpet all the way from mailroom to elevator is worn out and is not evenly placed. This might need to be changed. Not sure about carpet in the East wing where I will move to next month.

The staff are all exceptionally great and their responses to your needs and queries are always gracious and timely. My only critique of the apartment itself is that the windows are very thin and let in a lot of outside sound, but that is also something you get used to the longer you live here.
