We save a lot by eliminating the need to drive; Metro is across the street, top of King street around the corner...even lower King and the harbor are only a 15-20 minute walk.

I can walk to King St., Whole Foods, the theater, and restaurants. I feel very safe. The building is well maintained and clean. Maintence has always been taken care of within 24 hours! I love living here!!

The apartments are more like condos in their construction, with beautiful high-end appointments and excellent sound proofing throughout. Maintenance and staff are all amazing and very, very friendly, and the location can't be beat. We're just a few minutes' walk from Old Town, and a short metro ride to DC. It's not your typical apartment building - it's a home.

The staff and majority of the residents are friendly but not overly friendly where they intrude on your privacy and personal space. Noise is never an issue, the amenities are hard to beat, and the location is ideal. Parking can be a bit challenging if you're not used to tight parking arrangements in a parking garage. The concierge service is great for dry cleaning and package signing. Rent can be a bit high, but if you can get a lease at a good time at a good rate it is well worth it. Not having a dedicated freight elevator can be problematic at times when a lot of people are moving in/out as there is only one personnel elevator in service when the other is used as the freight. The layout of the apartments are more of an open floor plan so if you like more walls, you'll have to create your own separation of space with dividers or something. The kitchens are huge with more than ample counter space. The appliances are of good quality and even if something major malfunctions like a refrigerator not keeping cool enough, maintenance will repair/replace it immediately or ASAP. It can take maintenance a few days to fix minor problems but they will fix it.

Nice, new building and amenities. Friendly staff and residents. Dog friendly. Fitness room is a little on the small side, and the tvs don't always work, but is a nice layout. Relatively quick maintenance staff when problems arise.
